Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups boiled potatoes


  • 1 cups boiled peas


  • 1/2 cups sooji


  • 1/2 cups cooked oats in water & pinch of salt


  • 1 tbsp red chili powder


  • 3/4 tbsp salt


  • 1 pinch cumin seeds


  • 1/2 cups cooking oil


  • 7-8 nos green coriander leaves

Directions

  • first of all take the boiled potatoes along with the boiled peas in a mixing bowl
  • add boiled oats in the mixture
  • now we need to put all the dry masala as red chili & cumin seeds & salt along with the green coriander leaves
  • if any moisture is there in this mixture need to Shallow fry the same
  • now we have to divide all this mixture in similar pieces according to our choice. You may use shape shown in recipe picture
  • now what we have to do is to wrap this mixture of these cutlets in dry Suji & to fry on non stick tawa by adding some oil and to cook on slow to medium flame, from both sides
  • Crunchy & tasty oats cutlets are ready to serve with coriander Charney or tomato catchup
